We stand behind every piece. If it doesn't feel right, we make it right — no friction, no interrogation.


7-Day Wear Test

Buy it. Wear it. Live in it.

If you're not completely satisfied within 7 days of receiving your order, return it for a full refund. That's it.

We mean it — wear the piece, test it in real life, and if it's not for you, reach out.


14-Day Exchange

Want a different size or a different design? You have 14 days from delivery to make the switch.

One exchange per order. We'll sort the rest.


Conditions

We keep this simple:

  • The piece should be in good condition — not broken, not heavily scratched beyond normal wear
  • Return it in the original packaging if you still have it
  • We inspect every return before processing — fair for both sides

We're not here to complicate things. If something's genuinely wrong, we handle it.


Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we own it entirely.

A Note on Misuse

This policy exists because we trust our customers. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of misuse or fall outside these terms. We don't penalize honest buyers — but we protect the standard.

We built this policy because we're confident in what we make — and we want you to be too. If Zenith isn't the right fit, we'd rather lose the sale than lose your trust.
