Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box included).

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.
Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with full packaging.

All returns are inspected upon receipt before approval.

For returns requested without a product issue, applicable handling and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund with no deductions.

Proof (photo/video) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Items showing any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
