We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If needed, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box included).

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

  • Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.

Return Policy

  • Returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with full packaging.

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt before approval.

  • For returns requested without a product issue, applicable handling and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund with no deductions.

  • Proof (photo/video) must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Important Notes

  • Items showing any signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Zenith reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the conditions.
